Are you in the Talent Bank of New Brunswick Women?

Send us your résumé! The Talent Bank of New Brunswick Women is a compilation of résumés of women who agree to consider invitations to either act as a resource for women's groups or media or be considered for appointment to boards and commissions. The New Brunswick Advisory Council maintains the Talent Bank to help improve women's representation in New Brunswick society.

Fewer than a third of appointments to boards and commissions are women in New Brunswick; in many other activities or spheres of life, women don't participate in representative numbers. The Talent Bank will help us help groups, governments, agencies and companies find women with the abilities or interests they are looking for.

We will use the Bank to find women for various purposes: for one-time events, such as workshop/conference presenters, focus group participants, award nominations and media contact persons, and for multi-year mandates, such as part-time or volunteer appointments to boards or commissions.

The information you provide us will only be shared with trusted organizations that have supplied us with criteria for a specific purpose. If they then contact you to inquire with a proposal, you may of course decline or accept.

Fill out our short form, attach your résumé (in Word, Wordperfect or text format), and you will be included in our Talent Bank of N.B. Women.
